Training
Hi Alois and Jeff,
I want to practice my service (pendulum, reverse pendulum, etc.) but I don't have my own table. I can only use the table of my neighbor if they are in the home. I don't have my own table now, but is there a way to practice my serve without a table? I am trying to practice it without a table but after several minutes of picking up the ball from the floor, it causes pain to my back. Do you have any suggestions coach? Thanks
Hi Fetish,
Hitting it onto the floor is good. You can also hit it onto a bed so that you don’t have to pick the ball up. You can even use any other table you have at home to hit onto. Place it up against a wall so that it hits the wall and comes back to you. This will save the back pain.
One of the most satisfying feelings in Table Tennis is when you play a big forehand topspin that curls out wide past your opponent for a winner. In this wee's session we concentrate on developing our sidespin topspin forehand so you can enjoy that feeling more often.
