Hi Alex,
I think some better players use Bluefire. Not sure which one you would classify as the best though. Others may be bale to help.

There is no BEST rubber like Alois pointed out.
If you are of decent/intermediate level, check out Tenergy 05 from Butterfly.
Donic wise - Bluefire JP02 is very similar to T05, and Acuda S1 Turbo is a low throw monster, however its generation means that durability will be slightly less compared to newer tensors/tenergy/classic rubbers.
