Strokes

Every time I try the backhand flip, the ball either ends off the table or on the net.

I've looked everywhere on the internet for explanations, but i'm just not able to do this technique.

Hi John,

Have you had a look at our lesson on the Backhand Flick?

Slow down your stroke and put a little more topspin on it to start with to get it on the table.  As you get more comfortable, hit it flatter and faster just make sure the contact is at the top of the bounce.
