When I'm about to smash the ball it always hits into the net I understand how to spin serves but every time the ball bounces high either I get it and it smashes the other side or it goes into the net a lot of people tell me my problem is that i angle my paddle while i hit it am i suppose to hit the ball flat then angle it?

Hi Lucas,

Sounds like you may be dragging your stroke down as well as perhaps the angle.  Think about hitting through the ball with a good flat contact.

Always ensure you hit the ball at around shoulder or head height as well.

Take a look again at the lesson on the Forehand Smash.  This may refresh some other key points.
