What are the different advantage and disadvantage of the pendulum, reverse pendulum serve

Hi Mat,

The main advantage is the ability to use your wrist more than in most other serves.

The main disadvantage is that it is a serve that a lot of players are used to receiving now so they are better at receiving the Pendulum than most other serves.
