Hello PingSkills,

I think that psychology attack is a part of match strategy. So my questions are: Is this possible? And how to make a psychologically attack?

Thanks You for answer.

Hi Tom,

I am not sure what you mean by a psychological attack.  I think psychology plays a major part in determining results of a match.  I think it is about learning to control your own emotions first so that you play at the highest level you can.

We will be doing a Course of Mental Preparation in the coming months.

Hi, do you mean, Tom, "Psychology attack" as a way to change the moode of the oponent? If this is what you mean could it be a moment when you slow down the game

May it be done by:

taking more time between the points when you are losing, and accelerating the rythim while you are a few points ahead.
