How we had to control chop while playing 6-7 chop in a one rally.

Hi Asmirul,

Try to learn the technique of the Backhand Push and Forehand Push.  This will help to be able to play a lot of consistent strokes with backspin. 

This is a control stroke where you do not need to hit the ball too hard at all.
