Hi Terry,
Take a look at the tutorials on the Forehand Topspin Off Backspin and the Backhand Topspin Off Backspin.
If the chop is long then this is the stroke that you can utilise.
If the ball is short on the table then use the Backhand Push or the Forehand Push strokes.
