Question 1

How should i return a fast sidespin loop right hand loop direction vs my left.

Question 2

Also i always have problems when a good player makes a loop by throwing the ball high this slow spinny stroke should be returned how

Quetion 3

clarification my left hand. my right foot should be in front of my left when looping. Also weight transfer when looping is from down to forward to up depending on ball it would be up before forward?

Hi Nick,

For the sidespin loop, move across and play it with your forehand if that is your stronger shot.  You will need to allow for the sidespin by adjusting the angle of your racket.  Play a positive stroke at the ball to help to counter the spin on the ball.

For the loop your right can be slightly ahead of you left if you have time. The weight transfers from back for to front and slightly up but try not to lift too much with your legs.  The forward and up all happens in one smooth motion.
