Hi,

I watched this video of yours  http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=7xZjykMtAXk of how to return a long sidespin serve, but the problem is he is using the reverse one but not a reverse pendulum but a corkscrew serve like what wang hao is doing!!

WE ARE BOTH LEFT HANDERS and he is serving it to the deep part of the backhand sometimes he serves mid long, short but normally long.

OK I know you are going to say to me just counter the spin by shifting the angle of your racket,BUT it is what I did every time I also topspin it, it also can't resist the spin.

I think I am gonna face him next year. There are a few people I know that are left handed but almost none of them plays Table Tennis .

By the way that tournament I joined was the biggest tournament I have joined it happened on Oct. 2011

Cheers,

Judah

Hi Judah,

I think you need to topspin this ball with heavy topspin.  This will counter the spin he has on the serve.  Brush the ball finely with a lot of racket head speed and you will start to make this return.
