Receiving
When my opponent give me a speed serve i can't survive under that serve and sometimes when i try to return the serve then it goes out of the board i really want to know how to receive that speed serve and also practice new serving as well
Hi Oswald,
The main thing is to utilise the speed on the ball and not try to do too much. You can almost block the ball back and just add as much speed yourself as time allows.
Think more about the placement of the return.
To help you to have a bit more time make sure you are watching the ball closely as soon as the server has it in their hand. Then track the ball all the way to your side of the table.
