Reverse Pendulum

Serving

For some reason my reverse pendulum is doing one of two things.

 1.  It goes off the side a lot.  I start on my left side of the table and it usually goes off the opposite side of the table.

2.  It has a nice spin, but doesn't really move until the second bounce on the opponents side.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Jeremy,

The ball doesn't turn immediately because of the forward momentum.  That is fine because the ball is still spinning.

At the end of the Reverse Pendulm serve, point your bat at the net post and see if that helps.

This serve is covered in our DVD Serving Secrets Revealed.  In it we show you all the basic principles for getting the Reverse Pendulum correct.

Give the finish a try and see if it helps.
