Hello,
I'm practising this serve for a while now. I've problems with generating backspin.
Do u have some advice?

Hi Peter,
Getting backspin can be more difficult. However, we do have a lesson on the Reverse Pendulum Backspin Serve to help you.

Variation of Speed
Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.
