Hello Alois and Jeff!

Iam very good at my forehand , i can loop everything right . I can smash fast etc. Mainly my forehand is very strong!

But i am scared to play the rpb . So can you tell me technique to play a reverse penhold backhand!

Slow to Fast Progression

It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
