I left handed loop player both sides. have a comparative weak chop/ push defence. rely on use of flick open an top spin.

I am presently using Tenergy 05 on forehand and TSP Real on backhand. My blade is Kokutaku Hinoki single ply 10mm.

Lately I am losing control and putting the ball long. Do I need to change my combination .

Hi Hiren,

Tenergy is a good rubber.  I haven;t used the TSP Real.  Maybe someone who has used it can help out here.

Thanks for your reply.

Do rubber after long use (6 months) lose the control or do I have to reglue it again.

Thanks

I play about 5-7 hrs a week and find that after 6 months that the rubber has lost considerable grip and usually needs to be replaced. Of course the rubber's durability can decrease if you don't regularly clean it.
