Hello Coach!

I've been following you for the last years (Thank you) and this is the first time i must have your sincere opinion.

I play with Primorac Carbon Off+ blade and both Tenergy 25 rubbers. But prices have gone way too high (Or stayed high). So i wanted to ask you what cheaper rubbers would you recommend in order for me not to change my style of game?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Alejandro!

Thanks for your question! I'm impressed that you've been a follower of PingSkills for a few years! Now, to answer your question about rubber selection, I think it really depends on what you are looking for. It's important to find a rubber that is a suitable replacement to the Tenergy you have been using, and that offers enough speed and spin to allow you to play your game as you would with the Tenergy rubber.

My suggestion is to start with one of the Andro or Xiom rubbers. These are both readily available at a lower price point than the Tenergy, and can offer the spin and speed that you need.

Tone is in Your Fingers

There's is an old saying about guitar playing - tone is in your fingers. And If you've ever seen a really good guitarist play an old guitar then you'll understand how true that saying is. I know we go on a lot about this topic but it is so true. Once you've got yourself a decent bat, it's no longer up to the equipment, it's up to YOU!
