Rubber sponge

Hi i am buying a rubber for my bat and i was wondering if it is better to have 2 mm or 2.3 mm sponge for it?

Hi Tom,
The thicker the sponge the faster the rubber will be. So if you re wanting something faster then go for the 2.3mm. Usually I would recommend 2mm for most players.
