which is the good rubber on forehand and backhand for good spin and speed?i am using YASAKA MARK V as forehand and FRIENDSHIP SUPER 729 FX as backhand can you please tell me

Hi Prakash,

The two rubbers you are using are both good rubbers.  There is no need to change these.  Just work hard on your technique and the rest of your game.
