what are the down sides to using anti spin

and what are the benfits

and what side should i use it on backhand or forehand

Hi Muhsin,

Anti spin doesn't allow you to generate much spin of your own. The benefit is that you can receive spin a little easier as it negates the spin.

Usually players use it on the backhand side of their bats so that they can still play attacking strokes with their forehand.
