Coach i plan to make a blade (if i dont find a blade suited for me)

is it allowed in competitions?

if yes, are there any rules that i need to keep in mind so that i can legally use my custom bat in competitions? 

thx coach i always appreciate your answers

sry if i have been asking a lot of questions lately

Hi Amekun,

Here is the rule relating to the blade.  This will help you to make your decision on what to use.  I think it can get complicated to make your own though.  Give it a try and see how it goes.

2.04.01  The racket may be of any size, shape or weight but the blade shall be flat and rigid. 
2.04.02  At least 85% of the blade by thickness shall be of natural wood; an adhesive layer within the blade may be reinforced with fibrous material such as carbon fibre, glass fibre or compressed paper, but shall not be thicker than 7.5% of the total thickness or 0.35mm, whichever is the smaller.
