hey coaches,

I am so glad to tell you that i will be playing in the under 14 Jharkhand competition. This makes me nervous I saw some players practicing and they were all marvelous. I played a practice match against one of them and I lost by 11-3, 11-7, 11-3. After this match I have totally lost my confidence. Please help me gaining my confidence back.

Hi Preetish,

It is great that you are going to play in the tournament.  Congratulations.

Use it as experience and try to learn as much as possible.  It is great to get the opportunity to play players that are better.  That is a great way of improving.
