Which type of serve is best against a opponent with good spin skills

It depends what type of spins they are good at. If they are good at making topspin then it us best to serve short so they don’t get a swing at the ball. If they are good at pushing with spin then it may be better to serve the ball long and fast so it makes it harder for them to control the ball.
