Strokes
Can I serve with penhold and then play on with shakehand??
thank you!
Hi Kevin,
You are allowed to do that. A better solution though is to serve with a modified shakehand grip. Take the 3 fingers away from the handle and put them in a fist behind the handle. This will allow you to use your wrist the same way as a penholder does.
