sir.. how to return a low topspin??  when i try to push it back the ball  bounces high after hitting my bat and the opponent hits a shot  

plz help

Hi Ashraf,

It is best to try to flick a low topspin serve.

If you try to push it then you are asking for trouble because, as you say, the ball will go high and give your opponent an easy ball to attack.

Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Flick.  This will help you to learn the stroke.

you could also just block the topspin by angling your bat, try to direct it somewhere your opponent doesn't like, such as into their elbow, or wide to their fh or bh corners. dont put it straight to their forehand or directly in front of their body because they may attack the next ball. worth a try if you struggle to flick.
