Hi Alois,
i wanted to know what sort of movement we are suppose to get when doing the pendulum backspin serve and how is it different from Ma Lin's backspin serve because they almost look like the same thing.

Hi Basel,
Ma Lin's serve is a backspin pendulum serve so try to copy that action.

Varying the speed is different from varying the length. You can have a fast short serve and a slow short serve. You can also have a fast long serve and a slow long serve.
