How to train yourself 10min before playing a match?
Is there any stroke or something to practice 10min before the match so that we need not to practice and play a lot before the match?

If you have 10 minutes before a match think about getting yourself ready to play the first points. This will mean you need to do some serving, return of serve and game play in that few minutes.
Use a long push or a flick to open up the game against someone who is beating you at the short game. It might not be your favourite way to play but if you are losing the short game you need to mix things up. In the long run you certainly need to improve your own short game.
