Is there any rotation with the shoulder ( its axis) before and into the contact of the ball?

I asked for rotation in the sholder - only.
Not about body-waist detalis.
Sorry Il, not sure what you mean by the rotation of the shoulder. Just the one shoulder or both?

Yes. Its really uncomfortable to rotate your shoulders without turning your hip though o.O
