Hi Alois i just wanted to say that i won 2nd place on eliminations! it was a tournament of all the region of Guanacaste, so my aim is to get gold without as much training!, but another question is how can i train alone at a high level, i have my robot but it doesnt work properly, also if i bounce one ball at the side of my table and practice my techniques slowly is that good for alone practice?

Thanks!

Hi Pasuale,

Well done on your improvement and results.

I would use the time alone to practice serves mainly and then when you have a training partner you can practice strokes.

Hello Pasuale,

I assume you have a ball collection net if you have a robot. If so then yes do as Alois is saying and practice your serves. I also have a robot and ball collection net and will practice my serves for about 2 hours a day. After that I setup my robot for return practice and do this for another hour or two.

Sorry to hear your robot is not working correctly. Is there anyway you can fix it??? Congratulations on your 2nd place win!!!

It does work but it just gets jammed sometimes.. It wasnt like that before but because of that it lowers my consistency because it skips balls so my father might fix it this week or the other, i but also Alois has told me in the previous messages to practice my tecniques slowly so it can also work on the robot, And thanks! And yes i will also practice serves
