hello i whonder if you can theache me on how to get more spin in the normal side spin ?

Hi Simen,

To get more spin the two main things are to get a good brushing contact on the ball and then to get that brushing contact as fast as you can.  This will allow you to get the ball to spin around really quickly.

Now in particular for the sidespin you need to brush the ball so that it rotates on its vertical axis.  If you see the ball as a clock face, then think about contacting the ball at 3 or 9 and brushing forward on the ball.
