Skyline 3 national version true or false?

hi.

this confuses me.wikipedia said that ma long is using skyline 3 national version,but when i searched for it in google ...some said that there is no national version. so is there a national version for this?

one thing, if there is a national version,which is better skyline 3 national or hurricane 3 neo?
