How can sleeping ang eating help in tournaments?

Hi Utkarsh,

It is important that you are well rested.  Sleep is a really important part of how we feel.  Often tournaments take a long time so you need energy to get through the day.  Having a good diet will also help with this.

It would be good to hear other readers tournament preparation tips.
