Hi Alois

Is it better to play a slow high spinny loop or a fast loop?

Hi Yap,

They are both effective strokes.  It always depends on the situation of each ball.  Variation is often the thing that will get the best results.

What do you mean variation?

Hi Yap,

By variation we mean not always hitting the ball the same way. Sometimes hit the ball faster, and sometimes hit the ball slower with more spin. Just mix it up.
