Training
If you play on a table that is 2/3 the size of a real table, does it help your control and just all round playing, so that you'll be better on a regular sized table.
Hi Jacob,
I think it is better to practice on a full size table if you have a choice.
The smaller table may help you with your touch but overall it is best to use the full size table.
In this session we focus on your backhand attack and in particular the placement of your backhand attack. By being able to vary the placement of your backhand attack you will keep your opponent guessing and be able to play to wherever you feel is there weakest spot defensively.
