hi... i wana ask that my most of the smashes goes out of the table or hit the net... so what do u think is the technical flaw in it??

Hi Arslan,

Without seeing it I can not really tell you.  However one common flaw I see is that players don't use the time when the ball is in the air to get into position. 

Take a look at the lesson on the Forehand Smash.  This will give you some good tips.
