Strokes
You didn't answer at my question about to have a high speed of the arm, I think the most important is to be relax right or wrong?
Hi Bernard,
If you want to move your arm fast you do need to have your arm relaxed. This will allow the muscles to fire in the right order. If you tighten up then you are stopping the muscles from working efficiently.

✅ How to adjust your technique for topspin rallies (compared to topspin vs. block)
✅ Why your stroke should be more forward and how to generate dip with topspin
✅ Tactical strategies – Mix up speed, spin, and placement for better control
✅ How to train this stroke effectively, even without a strong training partner

but some professional players tend to put his wrist down and not straight as his arm

There are always little quirks by different players. In general having a relaxed arm is better.
