Hi, someone mentioned to me a forehand stroke has 2 kinds. One is topspin, and one is forward spin. Do you have any idea what is forward spin and what's the difference between forward spin and topspin? Thanks.

These are the same thing.
The forehand chop is a defensive stroke played away from the table. It is mainly used by defenders but can also be incorporated into an attackers game when forced away from the table.
