How do I differenciate between Sidespin, Topspin, Backspin? Also how to play sidespin, topspin, backspin?

Hi Akshat,

To differentiate between them you need to first watch the action and contact point of the server.  If they com slightly upwards on the contact then there will be topspin.  If they go down then there will be backspin.  We cover these concepts in detail in our Receiving Secrets lessons.  In there you will see the principles that will help you to recognise all types of spin.

In our Serving Secrets lessons we show you how to generate different types of spins as well.

Hi Alois and Jeff,

Thanks for your answer.  But I am not a premium member and my parents say dont become a premium member.  What shall I do?

There is still a lot of free content.  Do some searches on the Ask the Coach previous questions and you will find some good information.

thanks.  I find your website very helpful.  I have been improved a lot.  The way you explain in videos and video responses in ask the coach is superb.  Just wondering if u could make all those serving secrets, receiving secrets and training plan unpremium.  Once again thanks a lot.
