Another great video on spin in Table Tennis. I really like the way you use the disc to demonstrate different types of spin.
I was just wondering, how did you fix the disc to the tube & did you buy the disc with the colours on.

Hi Colin,
It is really a simple set up. I used a blank CD and printed on it with my home printer. Just found an image of a spectrum and printed it out. Then I used the CD stack case and cut it out. Then to secure it I just added some tape to both sides of the spindle.
