Hi

I found a picture from web....and I wonder what must these angle degree?    a=?   b=?  c=?   d=?  

I only know c=120 degree...I dont know others

Hi Nuri,

a) could be around 90

b) around 120 and

c) around 120

The important thing is to feel comfortable and ready to move.

Thanks a lot Alois

indeed when I bend my knee  I am not feel comfortable...to lift my body very difficult....I'm doing something wrong  or this is because of my knees week?

Perhaps it may be due to your knees.  Get yourself into the most comfortable position to be able to move quickly.
