indeed when I bend my knee I am not feel comfortable...to lift my body very difficult....I'm doing something wrong or this is because of my knees week?
Perhaps it may be due to your knees. Get yourself into the most comfortable position to be able to move quickly.

Not really DK. Everyone needs to get into a similar position whether you are short or tall.

I watched ask the coach Show and I cant understand anything. because of voice always cutting cutting cutting like damaged cd.We arent englısh so understanding like this damage video very difficult
