I saw the stance video but having that stance making me difficult to move while playing doubles. Also, that stance make me feel much more tired than the wrong stance (the straightforward one) made. Please guide me on this.

That’s a really interesting observation, and it’s good that you’re thinking about how the stance actually affects your movement and energy, especially in doubles.
The standard stance we show with low, knees bent, weight forward is designed to help you stay balanced and explosive. In doubles is still important to be mobile and sometimes even more so because you have to get out of the way of your partner and then move back in.
If you’re feeling more tired or restricted in movement, it might be that you’re holding the low stance too long, especially between points or when you’re not directly involved in the rally.
The key is to find a stance that still allows for quick reactions without draining your energy. Try adjusting the height and width a little, not too upright, but not crouched down too far and see how that feels across a few games.
