Stiff movements

They say that my movements are very stiff and like robotic.Why is this? what do i do about it?

Sorry if I keep on asking questions its just that i really want to improve and thank you for answering all my questions. GODBLESS PINGSKILLS =)

Hi Jake,

At the start of learning you may be very stiff with your movements.  This is normal.  As you get more comfortable you will also start to free up and look more natural.

It is just a stage of learning a new skill that most players go through.
