Hi Alois

Last year I bought a Stiga Trac Oversize, is the rubber Anti Spin? Because when I try to spin it's only alittle bit to spin.

Thank You

Edo

Hi Edo,

The rubber isn't anti spin but it does sound like it has deteriorated.

You have to be really careful with those types of rubbers.  They will perish quickly if they are allowed to stay out in heat or if you leave too much dust on them.

It sounds like that is what has happenend here.  They don't have a very long life anyway but it is best if you can keep them away form heat, light or dirt.  If you don't have one get yourself a bat case and before you put it away each time wipe it down with a damp sponge.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
