when i am hitting topspin when practicing they go very fast and spin but when i do service and try to crush the opponent by topspins it just flys out of the table or remains in the net. please tell is that because of wrong action or not the appropriate service

It sounds to me like you are talking about the third ball of the rally.
Often the return will come back wiht a bit of backspin or a little different spin because of your serve. If there is backspin you need to lift the ball with a bit more of a veritical action. You also need to be aware of the little bit of sidespin that will come back to you if you have done a sidespin serve. Next time just leave the return and see how the ball bounces. It will most likely not just go straight it may curve a little.
Start by using simple serves like straigth backspin or a flat serve and see if you can make the next topspin. Then if you get that progress to more complex serves.
