Hi Alois and Jeff.

A want to tell you that my playing is not so easy, it is really hard. I mean I'm straining a lot, when I play at the table. So my play is slower then my opponent. My movement is slow and strain too. It never happened before, several years ago, when I played.

And the question is - how can i fix this? Maybe I have to use skipping rope? Or something like this? Eny exersises?

Hi Constantine,

It sounds more like a tension problem than a movement problem.  Perhaps you need to try a little less.  As silly as that may sound, it may work.

When we try too hard, we tighten up.  This stops our muscles from working efficiently.  As a result we get slower. This also applied to our eyes.  When we are under pressure or strain our eyes slow down which mean it take us longer to pick up the ball.

Take a few deep breaths during your games.

Thanks a lot, Alois.

I'll try to do this today, when I'll go training.

And I'll keep in mind this advise.

Consnantine.
