Mental Preparation
HI! In a match i get some STRESS! Can you help me with this problem plz?
Hi Tim,
This is a normal problem. You should think more about what you need to do for each point. Before the point go through a process where you calm yourself and then focus on what you will do for the next point.
Often the stress occurs because we get ahead of ourselves. You start thinking about the result and not the next point.
