I am not able to make a forehand counterhit stroke. Can you help me to sort out this problem?

Hi Varun,

First take a look at this lesson on the Forehand Counterhit.  Take particular note of the start and finish positions. If you can replicate these, your stroke will start to become more consistent.

Slow to Fast Progression

It's important to practice your shots slowly to get the correct technique. That will lead you to being able to hit the ball faster. You do need to practice these faster shots in training before using them in a match.
