How to know that the 
ball is cracked or not.

Hi Jai,
The ball often sounds different when it is cracked. A trained ear picks it up easily so the more you hear a table tennis ball the quicker you can hear the sound difference.
The ball may also bounce differently if it has a big crack in it.
If you do detect any of this take a close look at the ball and run your finger around it and see if you can feel anything.

They are about all that there is. Others may have some advice on it if they have other techniques of telling if the ball is cracked.

I think the best ball for competition is the Nittaku 3 star ball. However for training get a cheaper ball so that you can get them in bulk and use balls for training. There are lots of options out there. I used to use the Yasaka Training balls which I found good. Not sure of their availability.

Yes it is a good ball that they use at a lot of major championships.
