Hi Alois and Jeff, Good day to both of you.. :)

What does it mean if the rubber is tacky or not, coz some normal rubbers arent tacky while others are tacky? so if it isn't tacky does that mean it is impossible to generate spin?

Hi Samuel,

Some good quality rubbers are tacky and some not.  You can generate good spin with both as long as they are good quality.  They just have a different feel.  Play with both types and see which you like.
