Hi Soonthorn,
For the high toss serve you can throw the ball up as high as you want. I throw it 4 to 5 meters when I have the roof height.
Normally, I throw it 30 to 60 cm. The angle of the bat varies a lot depending on the type of spin you want to put. You can't get too technical here, because it is impossible to explain the exact angle. Watch other people with good serves and then try to copy them. You can get some technical tips from the Serving Secrets Revealed DVD as well.
We are glad that we can help you with your table tennis. Keep it up.
At PingSkills, we believe in breaking down every stroke using the core technical elements:
✅ Feet position
✅ Start position
✅ Finish position
In this essential tutorial, we apply our proven method to one of the most underused shots in modern table tennis—the Backhand Cartwheel Chop.
With the right balance, timing, and commitment to the craft (and maybe a bit of flair), you too can add this powerful and dynamic stroke to your game.
