Sir,
Please advise me certain techniques regarding improvement of the footwork which is a grave problem for me. I've seen the relevant video and am practicing the sideways running. Although I get tired earlier.
Do I need to do something else too.

Hi Abhishek,
Practice the sideways movement a lot. This will get you leg stired but as you train more you will improve and get stronger.
Practice lots of drills where you are doing a set movement pattern. This will teach you the correct movement techniques. Eventually they will become more automatic and you can then move on to more random routines.

The second building block of table tennis is linking your strokes with set patterns. This step focuses on transitioning smoothly between strokes, as playing from a single position is very different from reacting after a previous shot.
